As corporate President, Mr. Eustace O. Uku is the principal point of contact and oversees the overall management and operation of Exico, Inc.

Mr. Uku is a seasoned and proficient executive who possesses the skills, experience and sensitivity, which Exico, Inc. demands from its consultants.  He has over thirty years experience in project management, research, business analysis and development.  Mr. Uku has gained tremendous respect and developed an awesome reputation within the corporate community in the United States for his penetrating approach to key management and technical consulting areas such as strategic planning, corporate finance, total quality improvement, training and development and franchising.

Mr. Uku, who holds law degrees from three law schools and an MBA degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York, has also acquired over thirty years of professional experience in financial packaging for a wide variety of commercial projects and industries.  He has successfully packaged projects ranging from small retail operations to multi-million dollar mall construction ventures.  These business deals have been placed with public, private and off shore funding sources.

Prior to the establishment of his management consulting firm, Exico, Inc., Mr. Uku held top executive positions both in law and banking.  He also served as a trainer and lecturer in many financial and academic institutions.

As a member of the bar in Nigeria, as well as in the United States, Mr. Uku has been highly involved in corporate finance, real estate and international law practice.  As a practicing attorney, Mr. Uku is highly exposed to international business transactions and representation of international entrepreneurs in corporate legal matters.  Mr. Uku served as an executive in one of the largest banks in Pennsylvania, where he held key management positions in corporate planning, budgeting, financial analysis, commercial lending and training.
